ADHD – ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. ADHD is a neural behavioral disorder which will generally include some or all of the following symptoms: difficulty paying attention, restlessness or hyperactivity, impulsive thinking, and impulsive acting. The exact origin of ADHD is unknown but our research shows that it may be caused by an imbalance of neuro- transmitters in the brain, genetics, and environmental factors such as smoking or consumption of alcohol during pregnancy. Only a trained health care provider can accurately diagnose ADHD.
