Ellie holds an Independent Social Work license in the state of Iowa, and received her master’s from the University of Denver. She has worked with individuals and families in both residential treatment and outpatient settings. Ellie has received training for a variety of therapeutic modalities, to tailor therapy for each individual. She seeks out evidence-based research and trainings to stay up to date on best practices. Her areas of focus are anxiety, depression, OCD, ASD, ADHD, complex trauma, mood disorders, behavior concerns, disrupted family dynamics, and those who are seeking support in managing life’s stressors and changes.
