Erin Mohr, ARNP is a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with board certifications as both a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner. Erin received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Morningside University and began working in the emergency department setting shortly after. She later went on to obtain her Master’s in Nursing from Morningside University and practiced as an FNP for several years. While working in these settings were fulfilling, her true calling was in psychiatric mental health and she went on to obtain her post master’s in psychiatric mental health from the University of Cincinnati.
Erin provides medication management and supportive psychotherapy to individuals of all ages. Erin is dedicated to holistic management of your disorders and integrating medications, psychotherapy, and behavioral techniques as part of your treatment plan. She will work with members of your team to develop goals and the best care possible. Outside of her practice, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and watching sports.
Erin provides psychiatric care for patients across the lifespan ranging from childhood to geriatric.
