Courtney Fuller, RN, TMS Coordinator & Clinical Nurse

Courtney is a Registered Nurse and TMS Coordinator. She graduated from DMACC, and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Courtney has worked in the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, the emergency department, and behavioral health triage center at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She began working at Compass Clinical Associates in 2018. Courtney enjoys working with patients of all ages, and will collaborate with your care team to ensure you receive the highest quality of individualized care. She truly loves learning about her patients, and considers it an honor to care for people during their most difficult times in life.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. That often includes attending various sporting events. Courtney is well-known for making new friends wherever she goes.


Beth Frettim, ARNP

Beth Frettim, ARNP, is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with extensive psychiatric experience in all ages across the lifespan. Prior to earning her degree in nursing through Mercy College of Health Sciences, Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree through Simpson College. She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree through Chamberlain College of Nursing and completed her Master of Science in nursing degree through the University of South Alabama. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Beth has extensive experience in mental health nursing through working in hospital and outpatient clinic settings with patients of all ages.

Beth provides evaluation intakes for deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for adults with treatment-resistant depression. She began working at Compass Clinical Associates in 2014 as a registered nurse prior to advancing her career as a nurse practitioner and joining the TMS team at CCA. Outside of her practice, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing sand volleyball, and traveling.


Cat Beltran, TMS Technician

Cat is a certified Brainsway TMS Technician. She graduated from Grand View University in 2016 with majors in Psychology and Human Services. Cat has been working at Compass Clinical Associates since 2018. For Cat, making a positive difference in the lives of her patients brings great joy. In her spare time, Cat enjoys spending time with her husband and wiener dog, attending fitness classes, outdoor activities, arcade games, and traveling.


Nick Little, TMS Technician

Nick is a certified Brainsway TMS Technician. Nick graduated from Grand View University in 2019 with a bachelor’s in both Biology and Psychology and was also the Student Body President during his senior year. Nick has worked at Compass Clinical Associates since the beginning of 2020. Nick loves getting to converse with patients about the improvements that TMS treatment can provide! On his days off, he enjoy getting to spend time taking care of his six-month old bernedoodle Bennie, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with his friends. He is also a big sci-fi nerd, and will always be up for a discussion about Star Wars!


John Grove, Lead TMS Technician

John is a certified Brainsway TMS technician. He graduated from Drake University in 2002 with a Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology. John has worked for Compass Clinical Associates as a TMS technician since October of 2013. He enjoys providing support for patients going through difficult times and helping to ensure that patients are able to get through TMS treatment as smoothly and comfortably as possible. In his free time, John enjoys a diverse array of hobbies and interests including musical instruments, film, b-movies, pinball, science fiction, neuroscience, psychopharmacology, a menagerie of pets, tinkering with microcontrollers and electronics, food, and learning more about the world through discussing other people’s interests and perceptions.
