Amber is a Clinical Social Worker. She holds an Independent Social Work License in the state of Iowa and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa in 2009. Amber has been working in the field of social work and mental health since 2006. In her current practice Amber sees children, adolescents, individuals, and families. Throughout her career, Amber has served children with special health care needs, practiced in a community mental health center, provided school social work services, and provided mental health consultation at preschools and childcare centers. Amber utilizes an array of therapeutic techniques to best meet each client’s concerns and employs a strengths-based approach to help empower her clients to achieve their desired goals and outcomes.
